The NAC holds over 100,000 pages of documents from the Commerce Ministry of Democratic Kampuchea, including treaties, loading bills, list of exports, shipping records and a vast archive of other documentation on the internal and external trade of the Khmers Rouges. Researchers need special permission of the Council of Ministers to consult this collection of documents. If you would like to consult these records NAC staff will assist you in obtaining the necessary authorization.
For more extensive primary sources on the Khmer Rouges and the Pol Pot Regime, researchers are encouraged to consult the documents on the Genocide Tribunal at the NAC or, alternatively, the large collection of documents compiled by the Documentation Center on the Cambodian Genoci
